These master Terms of Service apply to Vel Nest Games products and websites. The commercial-model matrix and schedules below make the edition-specific business terms explicit: a paid Quest edition does not inherit Android advertising or IAP terms, and an Android edition does not inherit Quest entitlement or XR terms.
Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, installing, buying, playing, or using a covered game or website, you agree to these terms and the commercial schedules mapped to that exact edition. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, review these terms with a parent or guardian.
A verification-required row is not a publication-ready commercial declaration. Its model must be confirmed before the shared schedule is relied on for that package.
Commercial model applicability matrix
Only the schedules named in an edition’s row apply to that edition. A blank mapped website row means there is no separate game-purchase schedule; a verification-required row is unresolved and must not inherit another product’s model.

Free and ad-supported editions

An edition mapped to this schedule has no upfront app price and is supported by advertising. Advertising content and any destination it links to are supplied by the advertising provider. Vel Nest Games does not endorse every advertised product and is not responsible for an external advertiser’s site or service, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Paid-upfront editions
Applies to: Grid Patch — Meta Quest edition
A store purchase for an edition mapped to this schedule grants the personal licence described in these terms; it does not transfer ownership of the game or its intellectual property. Payment, entitlement, cancellation, and refund handling follow the official store’s terms and applicable law.
In-app purchases
Applies to: Grid Patch — Google Play edition; Arrow Jam — Google Play edition
An edition mapped to this schedule can offer optional purchases inside the game. The official store processes the transaction under its terms. A purchase grants a limited licence to use the relevant entitlement or content in that game; it has no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the game unless the store or applicable law says otherwise.
Refund requests are handled under the store’s rules. Vel Nest Games may add, change, or retire items and prices, while respecting purchases and consumer rights that applicable law requires it to honour.
Store-managed subscriptions
Applies to: Grid Patch — Google Play edition
A subscription applies only to an edition explicitly mapped to this schedule. It renews through the app-store account at the price and billing interval shown at purchase until cancelled. Cancellation in the store account stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds follow the store’s rules and applicable law.
A one-time or “lifetime” entitlement is not a subscription and does not renew. A future edition can use this existing schedule only after its registry entry identifies the subscription and its store; a new billing model requires a new or updated schedule module.
Your licence to use the games
Vel Nest Games gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use a game for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the store’s rules. Buying an app or entitlement grants this licence; it does not sell or transfer the game, source code, art, characters, or other intellectual property to you.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or take apart the software except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- modify a game or make derivative works without written permission;
- use cheats, exploits, bots, or third-party tools that interfere with a game or platform;
- sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the work without permission;
- use a game, website, ad, store, or contact channel for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Ownership
The code, art, music, sound, text, characters, branding, level designs, and other content in the games and websites belong to Vel Nest Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited licence stated here.
Updates and availability
Vel Nest Games may update, change, rebalance, or discontinue a game or feature and cannot promise indefinite availability, compatibility, or support. Where a change affects a paid entitlement, subscription, or mandatory consumer right, the applicable store rules and law still apply.
Stores, platforms, ads, and third parties
Official stores, platform services, advertising providers, purchase SDKs, and external links have their own terms and policies. Those terms can also apply to your account, payment, refund, device, ad interaction, or platform use. Each audit-mapped edition uses only the providers identified in the Privacy Policy matrix; a verification-required edition remains unresolved.
Suspension or termination
Vel Nest Games may suspend or end access when these terms are materially breached, when needed to protect players, rights, platforms, or service integrity, or when a platform requires it. Rights that must survive termination, including ownership and lawful limitations of liability, continue to apply.
No promises we cannot keep
The games and websites are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vel Nest Games works on quality but cannot promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible, or available. Nothing here removes a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vel Nest Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of a game or website. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms or a commercial schedule may be updated as products, providers, business models, or law change. The updated date will be shown above. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where the law permits that approach; additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Vel Nest Games operates, without taking away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If one part is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remaining terms will continue.
